As the lead designer for The Baumgartner Group, I directed branding efforts across a diverse portfolio of businesses under their umbrella. I developed a cohesive visual identity for the parent company, along with distinctive, industry-aligned logos for NexGen Property Management, Elevated Construction, and Baum Property Rentals. Each brand was crafted to stand on its own while maintaining visual harmony across the group. I also managed social media content and strategy for their entertainment venture, Vegas Gaming Café, helping to strengthen their online presence and customer engagement.

The Problem

The Solution

The Baumgartner Group oversaw several businesses across real estate, construction, and entertainment, but lacked a cohesive branding system. Each company had inconsistent or undeveloped visual identities, making it difficult to present a unified, professional image across platforms. Without clear branding, the businesses struggled to stand out or feel connected as part of a larger, trusted group.

I took the lead on rebranding efforts across the group, starting with the creation of a foundational logo for The Baumgartner Group itself—establishing a central visual identity to build around. From there, I designed unique yet complementary logos for NexGen Property Management, Elevated Construction, and Baum Property Rentals, ensuring each reflected its industry while feeling part of a larger family of brands. I also stepped in to manage social media for Vegas Gaming Café, applying consistent visual standards and tone to improve recognition and engagement. This holistic approach gave the group a stronger, more credible presence both online and in print.
