Working with Molina Healthcare required strict adherence to brand guidelines while designing a wide variety of member-facing print materials. One of the biggest challenges was balancing dense, often complex copy with the need for clarity and accessibility. Many projects came with more content than would comfortably fit within the provided format, creating friction between compliance needs and design constraints.
To address this, I developed strategic, creative layout approaches that maintained Molina’s visual standards while improving readability and flow. This included thoughtful use of hierarchy, white space, and modular content structures that made dense information easier to digest without compromising on brand integrity. I worked closely with account managers and production teams to ensure every piece—from brochures to care guides—was delivered on time, fully compliant, and visually cohesive.
