At Unique Computing Solutions, I created a series of branded B2B whitepapers designed to support the sales team in communicating add-on services to existing business clients. These flyers served as informative, visually clean tools that highlighted key offerings—ranging from cybersecurity solutions to cloud infrastructure—helping to drive upsell opportunities and reinforce the company’s value as a long-term IT partner.

The Problem

The Solution

The original whitepapers were created as plain Word documents by IT professionals, written in dense, technical language that assumed the reader had an IT background. While factually accurate, the documents lacked visual structure, branding consistency, and readability—making it difficult for the sales team to effectively communicate key service offerings to business clients who weren’t tech-savvy.

I transformed the whitepapers into professionally designed, brand-aligned sales tools. While UCS didn’t have a formal visual identity, I established a consistent design language by incorporating angled lines, a clean two-column layout, and a structured typographic hierarchy. I rewrote the content to focus on benefits over technical specs, using plain language that made complex IT concepts approachable. The end result was a polished series of B2B flyers that elevated UCS’s credibility and helped the sales team engage current clients with clarity and confidence.
